Robot cells
Delta and SCARA robots, pick-and-place with conveyor tracking, tray loading and depalletising.
PLC programmer · industrial automation
PLC programming, robot integration and complete automation of custom machines. I develop packaging machines and robotic lines with no existing equivalent, each built around the customer's task: schematics, PLC logic, robots, machine vision. I take a project from the idea and specification to stable operation on the shift.

Hands-on with
New machines for investment projects and production upgrades. I take care of the whole automation side: schematics, PLC, robot motion, vision, safety, and training the people who run the shift.
Delta and SCARA robots, pick-and-place with conveyor tracking, tray loading and depalletising.
Omron, Beckhoff, Siemens, Mitsubishi and other platforms. Structured code, real diagnostics and screens operators understand.
Cognex, Keyence and Omron, camera-to-robot calibration, inline quality checks and rejects.
FAT and SAT, commissioning, operator training and documentation people actually use.
I go through the spec with the mechanical designers and the process engineer: cycle time, formats, safety.
Schematics in EPLAN or WSCAD, component selection and purchasing.
PLC, HMI and robot motion, plus communication with the other machines on the line.
Machine test in the workshop with the customer, then installation, commissioning and SAT.
I train operators and maintenance and hand over the documentation.
New machines with no earlier equivalent: what each does, its cycle time and what it runs on.
Pack feeding, a camera checks the powder position and a robot places it into the pack. The pack is then closed, labelled, sealed and sent on.
Buns are split into two streams by a servo and grouped by stoppers. Two Quattro robots place the groups on the flow-pack. 5 machines in the project.
Two saws cut strips, the main machine assembles the frames: two robots move the strips, glue is applied, 4 sides are assembled and stapled. Many servos run in sync.
A robot takes the mechanisms out of the box layer by layer and removes the spacers between layers. The mechanisms split into two streams, flip and go to the customer's line.
A conveyor brings the candies, a robot with vision fills gaps and removes rejects. A servo groups the candies on the fly, two traverses place them into blisters. Then packing.

Full cycle for packaging machines: electrical schematics, component selection and purchasing, PLC and HMI programs, machine-to-machine communication, commissioning. Robots, servo drives, pneumatics and machine vision (Omron, Festo, Beckhoff).
Electrical schematic design, component selection and purchasing, PLC and HMI programming, communication with other machines, on-site commissioning.
The full cycle of a machine: electrical schematics, component selection, PLC and HMI programs, robot and machine vision integration, commissioning, staff training and documentation.
Yes, most of my machines are built around a customer's specific task, and no equivalent existed on the market.
PLC: Omron, Beckhoff, Siemens, Mitsubishi. Robots: Omron, KUKA, FANUC. Machine vision: Cognex, Keyence, Omron.
Yes, commissioning is part of the project: FAT and SAT, tuning to the real product, operator training.
Electrical schematics, PLC and HMI programs, and documentation that staff actually use.
Ukrainian (native), English, Polish, Russian. I write technical documentation in any of them.
Yes. I deliver the electrics, the program and FAT/SAT at the customer's site for new, non-standard machines, and some customers have received funding for such machines. The customer files the application, I take care of the technical part.
